Phil brings deep expertise and understanding of how event, information and content businesses generate and sustain value.

He works closely with events and information clients in Europe, North America, Middle East, Asia and Africa to support their scale and growth; and to provide commercial due diligence support to acquirers. This provides direct insight into what buyers are actively looking for, how they assess opportunities and where they see value.

His perspective helps ensure businesses are positioned in a way that aligns with real buyer demand, not theoretical assumptions.

Andy has led and executed transactions across media, events and related sectors, including acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs and management buyouts.

He has operated on both sides of the table, taking businesses through negotiation, due diligence and completion. His experience covers the full reality of a deal process, from initial positioning through to disclosure, warranties and transitional arrangements.

He understands how buyers assess risk, where they focus during diligence, and how value is tested under pressure.
